Cheewu Intelligent Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as " Cheewu Intelligent Technology ", registered address: Room 509-1, Building 1, No. 8 Industrial South Road, Songshan Lake Park, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province) attaches great importance to providing users with intimate business services. Therefore, we recommend that you read this service agreement in its entirety to help you better understand the details of the use of [CHEEWU].
Before completing the registration, login procedure or using the products and services of the [CHEEWU] platform in any way, you shall read and abide by the "[CHEEWU] platform service agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") and the "[CHEEWU] platform privacy policy. Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the content of each clause, especially the clauses involving your material rights and interests, including the clauses exempting or limiting Cheewu Intelligent Technology's liability, the clauses restricting user rights, the clauses stipulating dispute resolution methods and jurisdictions, etc., as well as the separate agreements or rules (if any) for opening or using a certain service. The foregoing clause may be bolded, underlined, etc.
When you fill in the information according to the prompts on the relevant page, read and agree to this Agreement, and complete all registration or activation procedures, or you actually use the products or services of the [CHEEWU] platform in any way permitted by Cheewu Intelligent Technology, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted all the contents of this Agreement, and this Agreement will be legally binding on you and Cheewu Intelligent Technology.
If you have any questions about any content of this Agreement, you can ask our customer service for help at any time, and we will try our best to explain it to you; At that time, you shall not claim that this Agreement is invalid or request to revoke this Agreement on the grounds that you have not read the content of this Agreement or have not obtained our answers to your inquiries.
Under this Agreement, we presume that you have full capacity for civil rights and are not the subject of trade restrictions, sanctions or other laws and rules imposed by any country, international organization or territory ("Restricted Object"). If you do not meet the above circumstances, please suspend the follow-up operation and seek a solution in the following ways: (1) If you are a first-time user of the [CHEEWU] platform, please understand the instructions for using the [CHEEWU] platform services and sign the relevant agreement through the website or software set up by Cheewu Intelligent Technology; (2) If you do not have full capacity for civil conduct due to age and other factors, please inform your guardian and read and use the aforesaid Agreement and our services under the guidance of your guardian; (3) If you are a restricted object, please apply for the use of [DVPETS] platform services after the relevant restrictions disappear or are lifted. If you are not the above-mentioned qualified entity (or have not obtained the consent of your guardian) but continue to sign this Agreement, Cheewu Intelligent Technology has the right to refuse or terminate the services provided to you and cancel your account after being informed of the relevant circumstances, and you (and your guardian) shall bear the relevant losses.

[Text of the agreement]
1. Scope of the Agreement
1.1 This Agreement is an agreement between you and Cheewu Intelligent Technology regarding your download, installation, and use of the licensed software, as well as the use of [CHEEWU] platform related services (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Services" or "Services").
1.2 The content of this Agreement also includes the Privacy Policy of [CHEEWU] Platform and the separate agreements and business rules that you need to follow when using certain specific products or services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Individual Agreements"); For example, developers who access and use the [CHEEWU] platform service also need to sign and follow the "CHEEWU Platform Developer Service Agreement". The individual agreements are an integral part of this Agreement, and in the event of any conflict, the individual agreements shall prevail within the scope of the individual agreements.
1.3 The [CHEEWU] service under this agreement is a general term for the Internet software technical services related to the networking and control of intelligent devices provided by users, developers and traditional hardware manufacturers based on the Internet of Things cloud platform independently built and operated by Cheewu Intelligent Technology; The carrier may be a client such as a web page or an application, or it may be a software development kit or hardware module. Cheewu Intelligent Technology will continue to enrich the use of [CHEEWU] platform services, the form of provision, etc., unless otherwise stated to the contrary, this agreement will also automatically apply.
1.4 In view of the need to optimize and upgrade software services from time to time, you understand and agree that Cheewu Intelligent Technology will adjust or update this Agreement from time to time according to the needs of business operations, and announce or notify you by site announcements, site letters, e-mails or other written means; The relevant adjustment or update will take effect from the date specified in the relevant announcement or notice (unless otherwise specified, 7 days after the announcement or notice). If you do not accept the relevant adjustments or updates, you should immediately stop using all EZVIZ services and inform us in writing; We will deal with you in connection with the termination of this Agreement in accordance with the content before the update.
2.6 Some services under the Platform may be charged, especially for developers or hardware vendors. The specific charging standards and payment methods of each service are subject to the actual announcement of Cheewu Intelligent Technology; EZVIZ has the right to revise this, or based on the needs of platform operation, at its own discretion, to provide all or part of the developer with a trial and experience, and reduce or waive the fee. Relevant amendments and decisions will be notified to users in the form of system announcements, etc., and will take effect on the date specified in the relevant announcements.
2.7 You understand and agree that, in order to provide you with effective services, each service client (including website, licensed software, etc.) under the Platform will use the processor and bandwidth and other resources of your terminal equipment, and thus incur data traffic, calls and other costs. To do so, you need to prepare your own terminal equipment (such as computers, mobile terminals, and necessary network access equipment, etc.) and bear the required costs.
2.8 In order to enable you to have a timely and comprehensive understanding of the services of the [CHEEWU] platform, you agree that Cheewu Intelligent Technology can send or display advertisements or other information (including commercial and non-commercial information) to you by itself or by entrusting a third party to send you advertisements or other information (including commercial and non-commercial information) (hereinafter referred to as "advertisements") through various means such as text messages, emails or electronic messages. Cheewu Intelligent Technology promises to carry out advertising business in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and at the same time, Cheewu Intelligent Technology reminds you to carefully judge the authenticity and reliability of the advertisement, except as expressly provided by law, Cheewu Intelligent Technology will not be responsible for the consequences of your behavior as a result of the advertisement.
3.3 You should understand and agree that the Cheewu Intelligent Technology account registration information you provide (including the information you provide directly to Cheewu Intelligent Technology and obtained from a third party by Cheewu Intelligent Technology according to your authorization) is the only evidence to determine your association with your Cheewu Intelligent Technology account and your identity, and you shall be solely responsible for all activities under your account and password and their consequences (including but not limited to signing various agreements online, ordering products or opening services, disclosing information, etc.). To this end, you must truthfully register and correctly use your Cheewu Intelligent Technology account in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and this Agreement, and properly keep and maintain relevant information (including Cheewu Intelligent Technology password, registration information and related authorization codes, verification codes, dynamic passwords, etc.) in a timely manner. If you replace, suspend or terminate the use of the above information and/or related equipment, or encounter loss, leakage or theft, you shall take necessary measures in time and inform Cheewu Intelligent Technology to reduce possible losses; You understand and agree that unless there is an effective judicial ruling, Cheewu Intelligent Technology cannot assume any responsibility for this, and you must bear the relevant losses.
3.4 You guarantee that your registration information does not contain any false, wrong, illegal and bad information, and that you will strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations, this Agreement and other individual agreements when registering and using your account. Otherwise, Cheewu Intelligent Technology has the right not to register, or restrict, suspend or terminate the right to use your Cheewu Intelligent Technology account by notifying you to make corrections within a time limit, suspend your use, cancel registration, etc.; For the fraudulent use of affiliated institutions or social celebrities to register accounts, Cheewu Intelligent Technology will also report to the competent government departments or disclose them to the public in accordance with the law. You shall be solely responsible for any losses (including but not limited to interruption of communication, emptying or unavailability of user materials, e-mails, virtual property and related data, products or services) that may arise to you due to the aforesaid restriction, suspension or termination, reporting or disclosure.
3.5 You understand and agree that if you do not log in for a long time after registering your Cheewu Intelligent Technology account, Cheewu Intelligent Technology has the right to reclaim the account for the purpose of optimizing management.
3.6 You should be aware and understand that if your Cheewu Intelligent Technology account is cancelled or withdrawn, Cheewu Intelligent Technology will deal with the relevant content and information of the account by itself, including but not limited to deletion, and you shall bear the loss or responsibility for failure to back up in time.
4, the user code of conduct
4.1 You agree to abide by the laws and regulations of the country where you are located, and not to use the Cheewu Intelligent Technology account or the Platform, licensed software and services to make, copy, publish and disseminate any content that violates the laws and regulations of the country where you are located, or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties, including but not limited to:
4.1.1 Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, and storing content that violates the laws and regulations of the country where it is located:
4.1.2 Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, and storing content that infringes upon the legitimate rights of others, such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets;
4.1.3 Involving the privacy, personal information or data of others;
4.1.4 Publishing, transmitting, or disseminating harassment, advertising, excessive marketing information, or spam messages, or contain any sexual or sexually suggestive information;
4.1.5 Other violations of laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social morality, or interference with the normal operation of the [CHEEWU] platform and infringement of the legality of other users or third parties
4.2 You agree to use the Platform, the Licensed Software and the Services in accordance with this Agreement, individual agreements, system rules, etc., and will not engage in any acts that damage the service system of Cheewu Intelligent Technology and infringe on the legitimate rights of Cheewu Intelligent Technology, including but not limited to:
4.2.1 Log in or use the Cheewu Intelligent Technology website, licensed software and Cheewu Intelligent Technology services through third-party compatible software and systems not developed, authorized or approved by Cheewu Intelligent Technology, and use plug-ins that are not developed, authorized or certified by Cheewu Intelligent Technology for the Cheewu Intelligent Technology website, licensed software and Cheewu Intelligent Technology services;
4.2.2 Delete all copyright information and content on the licensed software and other copies;
4.2.3 Reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation, etc. of the licensed software;
4.2.4 For the website of Cheewu Intelligent Technology and the information related to the licensed software, without the written consent of Cheewu Intelligent Technology, the following behaviors are carried out without authorization: renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing, publishing, establishing mirror sites, and developing derivative products, works, services, plug-ins, plug-ins, compatibility, interconnection, etc. related to the website and licensed software of Cheewu Intelligent Technology without authorization;
4.2.5 Obtain the relevant information of Cheewu Intelligent Technology, licensed software or Cheewu Intelligent Technology services by creating false identities, misleading, deception, etc.;
4.2.6 Carry out any behavior that endangers the website of Cheewu Intelligent Technology and the Licensed Software or the use of the website and the Licensed Software to endanger the security of the computer network, including but not limited to: using the unauthorized website of Cheewu Intelligent Technology and the related data of the licensed software or entering the unauthorized website of Cheewu Intelligent Technology and the server/account of the licensed software; Entering the public computer network or other people's computer systems without permission to delete, modify, or add the storage information of the Cheewu Intelligent Technology website and licensed software; Attempt to probe, scan, or test the Licensed Software System without permission, or use the Cheewu Intelligent Technology website or Licensed Software to probe, scan, or test the weaknesses of the network or other behaviors that undermine network security; Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the licensed software system or website, use the Cheewu Intelligent Technology website or licensed software to deliberately spread malicious programs or viruses, and other behaviors that damage and interfere with normal network information services.
4.2.7 Other use of Cheewu Intelligent Technology website, licensed software and other services provided by Cheewu Intelligent Technology in any illegal way, for any illegal purpose, or in any way inconsistent with this Agreement.
4.3 You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all behaviors under your registered Cheewu Intelligent Technology account, including any content you publish and any consequences arising therefrom. At the same time, you should understand and agree that Cheewu Intelligent Technology cannot control your use behavior, but Cheewu Intelligent Technology has the right to refuse to provide services for illegal or infringing use, therefore, if Cheewu Intelligent Technology finds or receives a complaint or report that your use of Cheewu Intelligent Technology services does not comply with laws and regulations or does not comply with this agreement, it has the right to independently identify your behavior and applicable rules, and deal with it accordingly, including warning, refusal to publish, delete information, restrict functions, suspend updates, suspend services, Terminate the service until the account is closed, report to the relevant regulatory authorities, require you to compensate for losses, etc., and keep relevant records; If your aforesaid behavior leads to any third party making a claim, you shall also be fully responsible. In addition, you should be aware and understand that in addition to the information provided by the complainant or whistleblower, our system records may also be used as relevant evidence of your violation of the law or this Agreement.
4.4 If you find that other users have violated the law or this agreement by uploading or publishing illegal and infringing content in the process of using Cheewu Intelligent Technology's services, you can contact Cheewu Intelligent Technology directly, and we will verify and deal with it as soon as possible.
